AvtoVAZ began assembling white Lada Aura limousines: “live” photos

Photos of at least six prototypes of an elongated sedan in a previously unseen configuration have appeared on the Internet: with a black interior, a light body and multi-spoke chrome wheels with a directional pattern. Previously, such Lada Auras had not been seen – during the year, only black limousines with white leather interiors and wheels with four double spokes appeared in public.

The white Lada Aura retains its black details: the exterior mirrors, roof and fin antenna remain contrasting. The exact number of limousines produced is unknown, but insiders talk about the assembly line of 1-2 prototypes per week, starting in mid-May. A certain number of machines were made earlier using bypass technologies.

On the light-colored body of the Lada Aura, parking sensors are clearly visible: they are available not only at the rear, but also at the front, although regular Vestas do not yet have this option. Also, buyers of the flagship will not have to pay extra for the ESP stabilization system, climate control, heated washer nozzles, blind spot monitoring assistant, heated windshield and rear seat.

The Lada Aura should go on sale in the fall, and at first only rich trim levels with a 1.8 engine and a CVT will be available, and in the future a simplified version for taxis will be released. The main difference between the Aura and Vesta is the body lengthened by 25 centimeters.
