Images of light-alloy wheels have appeared in the database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS). Judging by the drawing, such wheels will go to the Lada Aura, an extended version of the Lada Vesta NG sedan with a more comfortable interior, developed, among other things, as a replacement for foreign cars for Russian government employees.

AvtoVAZ also patented a car interior lighting unit. It is possible that it is also intended for Aura.

The exhibition version of the Lada Aura was equipped with 17-inch wheels and 205/50 tires.

Aura is a Vesta NG with a wheelbase “stretched” by 25 centimeters. It has more space in the back row, where there is a three-seater leather sofa, improved noise and vibration insulation. The sedan is supposed to be a combination of a 1.8-liter engine and a Chinese variator.

Last week, eyewitnesses photographed a Lada Iskra station wagon on the way to a test site. Such an Iskra has not yet been shown in real life, but there are patent images.
