Sales of the refreshed Boyue L crossover, known to Russians under the name Atlas, have started in China. The modernization almost did not affect the appearance of the model: the main changes occurred in the configuration of the interior and the content of the trim levels. The cost of the new product ranges from 115,700 to 149,700 yuan, which in ruble terms is equal to 1.5-1.9 million. That is, the top-end Boyue L costs less than the Vesta Sportline sedan.

The Boyue L/Atlas is still based on Volvo’s CMA platform. It reaches a length of 4.67 meters, a width of 1.9, and a height of 1.7 with a wheelbase of 2.8 meters. A choice of 18-, 19- or 20-inch wheels is available. The updated appearance was almost untouched, except for the more spacious design of the front end in the “base”.

Inside, the center console has been redesigned: it now has a more compact gear lever, and the cup holders have been covered with a lid. The designers also added a small panel with physical buttons.

The Boyue L has a large display by default. The base crossover is also equipped with front side airbags, rear parking sensors and a six-speaker audio system. The steering wheel is trimmed with leather, and the seats are leatherette.

There is also a compartment for wireless phone charging, and the number of speakers can reach up to 11. The list of driver assistants includes adaptive cruise control, parking assistant and others.

Under the hood is a 1.5- or two-liter turbo engine with a power of 181 and 218 horsepower, respectively (290 and 325 Nm of torque). Both are paired with a seven-speed DCT robot with a wet clutch.

In Russia, Geely Atlas with a new design began selling in January. It is offered with a two-liter engine, the power of which is reduced to 200 horsepower. The price without discounts starts at 3,194,990 rubles.
