Only the most interesting: Land Rover has unveiled the Defender Octa super SUV, the first Pagani Huayra with a manual transmission has been unveiled, Hennessey has released a farewell Ram with a V8 HEMI, Aston Martin has named a special version of the DBX707 in honor of the Formula 1 racing car, and Koenigsegg Jesko has set four new world records.

635 HP and 4 seconds to 100: the most powerful Land Rover Defender presented

Land Rover has unveiled the most powerful and dynamic Defender. It was named Octa in honor of the most durable mineral on earth – diamond – cut into an eight-sided octahedron. Defender Octa has increased road potential, a more comfortable interior, but its main feature is a “mild hybrid” power plant based on a V8 from BMW, allowing acceleration from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in exactly four seconds.

The first Pagani Huayra with a manual transmission is presented

Pagani has built the first Huayra with a manual transmission. The hypercar, called Epitome, received a new adaptive suspension, a titanium exhaust manifold with six pipes and a revised design with additional air extractors in the arches, a front splitter and a wing in the spirit of the track Huayra R. The engine here is from the Utopia – it produces 864 horsepower and 1100 Nm of torque.


Hennessey Releases Farewell Ram With HEMI V8

Hennessey has said goodbye to the HEMI “eight” with the Mammoth 400 sports pickup. A series of 250 cars will be built in cooperation with the manufacturer of suspension components Fox Factory. Each pickup will receive a reduced ground clearance, an exhaust system with four pipes, a custom body kit, 22-inch wheels and three body colors to choose from: white, red or blue. All have the same engine: V8 5.7 with a capacity of 426 horsepower.


Aston Martin DBX707 Special Edition Named After Formula 1 Car

Aston Martin has unveiled a Formula version of the DBX707 crossover. Technically, it is no different from the regular ones, but offers several decor options. Including Podium Green paint with Lime Green accents, like the AMR24 racing car and the official medical car of the Formula 1 championship, which the crossover has been since 2023. The car is powered by a V8 4.0-liter twin-turbo engine with 707 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque.

Koenigsegg Jesko Sets Four World Records

The Koenigsegg hypercar set a new record in the 0-400-0 km/h exercise. The high-speed Jesko Absolut needed 27.83 seconds to do this. For comparison: the Koenigsegg Regera did the same in 28.81 seconds, and the Rimac Nevera – in 31.49. The car used for the races was in standard specification, but equipped with a safety cage and a driver’s seat from the Koenigsegg One:1. Bioethanol E85 was poured into the fuel tank instead of regular gasoline.
