Tresa Motors is an Indian company that has been developing electric trucks for several years.

The first prototype, V0.1, is very reminiscent of the Tesla Cybertruck if it were a truck, and the second, V0.2, continues to develop this concept.

Apart from being an environmentally friendly vehicle as it does not emit any pollutants during operation, the truck is durable and reliable.

He also received a number of solutions aimed at increasing comfort and safety. For example, the driver’s seat is located in the center of the cab, so the driver has a complete view of everything going on around the truck.

Another interesting new feature is the electric motor. The company emphasizes that the maximum torque is 24,000 Nm. In other words, this is almost ten times more torque than the Volvo FH 540 (2650 Nm).

The batteries have a capacity of 300 kWh and charge in just half an hour. Even when fully loaded, the maximum speed can easily reach 120 km/h.

The total weight is 18 tons. It is planned that in addition to the chassis, they will offer options with a van, tank, dump truck and others.

All of the truck’s technology is controlled by a centralized computing unit running software from Nvidia.

In addition, there is a full-fledged telemetry system that sends all information about the movement of the truck to the operator.

So far, neither the price nor the start date of sales have been announced, but there is already interest in the electric truck.

According to Tresa Motors, Indian company JFK Transporters has placed an order for 1,000 units. The planned date for the first deliveries has also not been announced.
