According to the results of June of this year, only 37 such cars were purchased across the country, Avtostat reports, citing registration data from JSC Passport Industrial Consulting. There is almost no difference with May: then Russians bought one more expensive car. But compared to June of last year, the drop is significant – by 14 percent. In June 2023, 43 luxury cars were sold.

Lamborghini became the leader of the luxury car segment in June: Russians bought 12 cars of this brand during the month. Second place went to Bentley with 10 sold units, third to Rolls-Royce with six. Next came Ferrari, whose cars were chosen by four buyers, Maserati and Aston Martin with three and two cars sold respectively.

As for the models, the championship belongs to the sales driver of Lamborghini — the Urus crossover. It was bought by nine residents of the Russian Federation. The top 3 also included the Bentley Continental GT and Rolls-Royce Cullinan, sold in the amount of five and four units, respectively.

The same can be said about the car market as a whole: in the first six months of this year, Russians bought 844,550 new cars, which is 63 percent more than the result of the first half of 2023. The best-selling passenger car remains the Lada Granta, followed by the Lada Vesta, and the Chinese Haval Jolion rounds out the top three.
