In the first five months of 2024, employees of the Moscow Administrative Road Inspection (MADI) recorded 45 thousand violations related to parking vehicles on sidewalks under prohibition signs. In many cases, incorrectly parked cars blocked the roads for pedestrians, who were sometimes forced to go around the cars on the roadway.
