Rolls-Royce has applied classic retro touches in the form of white tire sidewalls to its modern models.

The British brand Rolls-Royce, known for its handcrafted luxury cars, has decided to revive the classic tradition of installing tires with white sidewalls. One of three exclusive Ghost sedans created specifically for the Chinese market, it gets this stylish retro wheel design. In addition to the eye-catching exterior, the new product also amazes with its incredible interior design.

The limited edition called Spirit of Expression opens with the Ghost Extended with a body in an extraordinary lavender shade of Boraclay Blue. The signature color is inspired by the colors of the sunset over Sulawesi and the island of the same name in the Philippines. But the main feature of this Ghost was the 21-inch wheels with narrow white inserts on the sides of the tires in the best traditions of the 50s. The interior is dominated by contrasting tones of green and black, complemented by exquisite stitching – there are 104,268 stitches on the four doors alone.

However, the Ghost sedan is not the only pearl of the unique collection from Rolls-Royce. It also includes the two-door Specter in two-tone orange and gray and the Phantom Extended in Cala Luna Sand with a contrasting blue roof. These painstakingly handcrafted masterpieces feature luxurious star ceilings with hundreds of fiber optic strands, a hallmark of the English brand. All three new products will make their debut at the Beijing auto show, after which they will go to their chosen owners in the Middle Kingdom. (photo: Rolls-Royce)
