After the debut of the electric crossover Audi Q6 e-tron in the most powerful versions with all-wheel drive, the appearance of simpler and more affordable options seemed logical. This is the single-engine Audi Q6 e-tron Performance.

Despite the big Performance word in the name, this version is actually somewhat simplified in relation to the first incarnations of the Audi Q6 e-tron. This can be seen even visually: the dark glossy Mythos Black decor, the usual 18-inch wheels, fabric-trimmed seats, etc. Although the overall design of the exterior and interior has not changed.

However, the most important difference between the Audi Q6 e-tron Performance is hidden inside: this electric car has only one electric motor, mounted at the rear. As expected, the power has decreased – now only 240 kW or 326 hp; but this is also enough to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 210 km/h.

At the same time, with the battery unchanged, the use of only one electric motor makes it possible to slightly reduce energy consumption and, accordingly, increase the power reserve – up to 640 km is promised.

The Audi Q6 e-tron Performance hardly looks very emotional and exciting, but it is practical. Especially if you remember the significant price reduction of about 6,000 euros: the price for the Audi Q6 e-tron Performance model in Europe starts at 68,800 euros.
