The electric car Mazda 6e 2025 will be the successor to the hydrocarbon “six”. Let us remind you that the current, third generation of the model debuted back in 2012, and the harbinger of the new one was the Mazda Vision Coupe concept, presented 7 years ago. Now the “six” has left many markets, and in April it will be discontinued in Japan. After this there will be a pause until the model’s successor appears.

Recently, the manufacturer filed an application to register the name for a new electric car. It is likely that this model will replace the current version of the Mazda 6. According to some reports, the Japanese brand is developing the “six” in partnership with the Chinese brand Changan. Perhaps this will be some kind of exclusive for the Chinese market. Although it is possible that we are talking about an electric version of the sedan for Europe. By 2030, the company intends to focus its efforts on the production of “battery” cars – they will be at the level of 25-40% of total sales (photo: Mazda).

Earlier it was reported that the first commercial electric car Sova 25 was released in Elabuga. The production site for it was the Sova Motors enterprise.
