In Europe, Toyota Yaris Cross will be available with a more powerful hybrid engine
A hybrid version of the Toyota Yaris Cross 2024 will now be available for European countries. A crossover in this version will go on sale in the near future, but its prices have not yet been disclosed. But there is data on equipment and characteristics.
The Hybrid 130 hybrid installation is based on a gasoline engine with a volume of 1.5 liters. It is paired with one electric motor. The power was eventually increased to 132 horsepower. The cross accelerates to 100 km/h in 10.7 seconds. A standard version of the Hybrid 115, whose performance corresponds to 116 hp, will also be available for the car. The Toyota Yaris Cross also has other changes. In particular, its interior was updated, where a digital “tidy”, an improved version of multimedia, a voice assistant, etc. appeared.
Particular emphasis is placed on reducing noise and vibration levels. In addition to technology, the crossover boasts an expanded package of passive and active safety. Its arsenal now includes adaptive cruise control, an emergency braking system, rear child monitoring and much more.
