The Russian office of the brand published a series of photographs of the restyled model, which remains the most popular in the local Chery line. The “refreshed” Tiggo 7 Pro Max has changed outside and inside: firstly, it has a new front bumper design, secondly, the brand name on the rear is now integrated into the dual line of rear lights, and thirdly, a different rim design. In the cabin, a single console for a digital instrument panel and a touchscreen for the multimedia system appeared.
In general, the updated Tiggo 7 Pro Max began to resemble the Tiggo 7 Pro Plug-in Hybrid, and the interior is similar to the Chinese Tiggo 7 Plus – not only the console of two screens on the front panel is designed the same way, but also the gear selector with a decorative transparent insert “under the crystal”. In addition, a number of physical buttons were replaced with touch-sensitive ones.

Previously, the company confirmed that the combination of a 1.6-liter engine and a seven-speed “robot” will remain the same. The engine output is the same 150 horsepower, it runs on AI-92 gasoline and consumes 7.7 liters per 100 kilometers in the combined cycle. Acceleration from zero to “hundreds” of the updated Tiggo 7 Pro Max takes the same 9.7 or 9.8 seconds (depending on the type of drive) as the current crossover.

There will be two modifications to choose from – with front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, and there will be six trim levels (and they will change their names): Active, Active AWD, Prime, Prime AWD, Ultra and Ultra AWD. The list of equipment will include an all-round viewing system, rain and light sensors, remote engine start and interior heating, an eight-speaker audio system, navigation and voice control, wireless charging for a smartphone, three USB connectors, six airbags, a “winter package”, ventilation front seats and a complex of ADAS systems.
Earlier it became known that the updated Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max had already begun to be shipped to dealers – they appeared in several Moscow car dealerships, as well as in Kazan. Prices have not yet been announced.
