The final race of the REC championship of the 2023 season will be held in the Moscow region. A record number of participants were registered for it – 34 crews representing six different classes. The organizers of the stage promise intense competition and spectacular overtaking, as well as performances of two sports prototypes – Ligier JS 53 Evo and Oreca 07.

On September 23, the fourth stage of the Russian Endurance Racing Series (REC) will take place at the Moscow Raceway near Moscow. A record number of crews will take to the start for the entire history of the championship – as many as 34. The field will be several rows longer, and the entrance to the first turn will be more intense and spectacular. Moreover, two sports prototypes are entered at once – Ligier JS 53 Evo and Oreca 07, plus a separate competition will be organized for the teams driving Seat cars within the GT Pro class.

In the CN class, three crews on Shortcuts will compete at the final stage. Two are familiar from past races – this is No. 44 (Racing and Point) and No. 43 (Alex Racing Team), the third, No. 100 (ZORRO SOTKA RACING), is a newcomer. Replenishment is also expected in the GT Light class. In addition to the already announced crew No. 30 (ClassicCar Racing) on ​​a Mercedes-Benz E190, the Arena Karting team No. 93 will appear on the starting line. The largest class will still be GT. It features 14 crews driving cars of five different brands.

This year, three of the four stages of the four-hour marathon are taking place at the Moscow Raceway track near Moscow. The race will start at 15:00 and finish at 19:00. Entrance to the circuit for spectators will open at 12:30 Moscow time. For those who cannot come to Moscow Raceway, a live broadcast will be organized on the TK Start channels and in the ROSGONKI group on the VKontakte social network.
