The Autonews portal found out that the modernized all-terrain vehicles will reach Russia in December. The upgrade will lead to a significant increase in price: according to preliminary data, the new product will cost from 6.9 to 7.5 million rubles. The increase relative to the current Exeed VX will be 1.6-1.8 million rubles: more than 30%! At the beginning of 2024, the Russian Exeed line will be replenished with a hybrid.
The updated Exeed VX is no secret for Russia. They will bring us a crossover with a modified appearance relative to the Chinese version. The gearbox will change: the 7-speed preselective “robot” will be replaced by an 8-speed automatic from the Japanese company Aisin. The interior will also change radically.
Probably, Russian sales will begin with luxurious six-seat versions of the Exeed VX: such crossovers will have previously unseen options, a three-screen cockpit a la Mercedes-Benz EQS, different door cards and a steering wheel. Also expected to appear is an active noise reduction system and ventilated seats with massage. The engine will not change: the 2.0-liter turbo-four will develop the same 249 forces and 385 Nm.
Next year, electric vehicles from the Exlantix line will be officially brought to Russia: the Sterra ES business sedan and the Sterra ET large crossover. An as yet unknown hybrid has also been announced: we can talk about gasoline-electric crossovers LX or RX.
