The main feature of the Zeekr Mix is its unique streamlined body with tricky doors. The side ones move, the front right one opens in an arc, and there are no central pillars: this was achieved thanks to special amplifiers in the doors. Zeekr emphasizes that the innovation has not affected safety, and the new Mix is able to receive the highest score even according to the American IIHS crash test method with the hardest side impact.

The width of the openings is amazing: almost one and a half meters (1480 mm), which is comparable to full-size minivans! At the same time, the Zeekr Mix itself is by no means a giant: the body length is only 4.69 meters. In the cabin, the sofa is moved towards the rear axle, the central armrest with tables can be moved longitudinally for the convenience of both front and rear passengers. And the front seats can rotate 90 or 180 degrees, meaning it’s easy to create a real living room in the crossvan!

In terms of technology, the Zeekr Mix should be close to the 007 sedan: the design of the front part of the cabin and common rear electric motors (422 horsepower) hint at unification. The hardware has not been officially confirmed, but thanks to certification documents it is known that the crossover will be offered with two CATL battery options, 19- or 20-inch wheels, and the curb weight will be 2.6-2.7 tons.

Zeekr will announce technical details, configurations and prices separately, and there is no doubt that the Mix will go into production in the coming weeks. In the future, other passenger and commercial electric vehicles will be available on the SEA-M platform. Undoubtedly, the Zeekr Mix will be significantly cheaper than the 009 minivan, which costs from 500 thousand yuan (70 thousand dollars).
