The novelty has joined the “younger” model JAC T6, which differs from it by an increased carrying capacity of 900 kilograms. For the T8 Pro, two power plants and only one configuration are announced, the cost of which is 2,820,000 rubles. The set of equipment is quite rich: there are parking sensors, cruise control, a digital instrument panel, leather trim and a multimedia system with a 10.4-inch touchscreen.
The release of JAC T8 Pro on the Russian market was announced a month ago. Then it became known that the Chinese pickup will be offered with a two-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 139 horsepower and a 211-horsepower 2.4-liter gasoline engine. Both engines work with a six-speed “mechanics” and a plug-in all-wheel drive system.

The only equipment called Full Extra provides, in addition to the equipment already listed, 18-inch wheels, xenon headlights, air conditioning, keyless entry and engine start with a button, all-round cameras and an audio system with six speakers. Of the auxiliary systems, systems of stabilization, traction control, assistance with lifting and tire pressure control are declared.
The pickup truck segment in Russia is still small, at least when it comes to models that are officially represented on our market.
