At the beginning of June, the Californian company Unplugged Performance presented a new project of the brand division UP.FIT – based on the Tesla Cybertruck pickup truck, American specialists built a patrol car for the police, but the Dubai police have already acquired a special vehicle. The UAE police fleet was replenished with a standard Cybertruck without any special training, not counting the livery. But for the tourist police, this is, however, enough.
The Cybertruck wears a traditional green and white livery with police insignia. It is complemented by a light panel mounted on the roof, as well as additional lights built into the front bumper and fender flares.
Dubai Police did not provide details about the vehicle, other than to say that the Cybertruck has been added to the tourist police’s “fleet of luxury patrol vehicles” that are traditionally more focused on PR than law enforcement or crime-fighting work.
