A modernized version debuted in the key market of Thailand: the exterior and interior were changed, the equipment was revised, and new software settings were added. The main updates are a virtual dashboard, functional adjustment washers, adaptive cruise control in conjunction with manual transmission, improved finishing materials and headlights. The range of engines, transmission and suspension were not affected by modifications.

From the outside, the updated Isuzu D-Max is most easily recognized by its hood with longitudinal ribs, headlights with overhead daytime running lights, single fog lights, and a developed radiator grille. Even utilitarian versions now have bumpers in body color, and an auto-braking system is now available in conjunction with a manual transmission.

In the cabin of the top trim levels, a virtual instrument panel on a 7-inch screen was added, the media system interface was modernized (now there are not only hot keys, but also washers), and door cards were improved. The stabilization system has been reconfigured, and the “off-road” mode of the driving electronics on versions with all-wheel drive has been recalibrated.

The technology is the same: four-cylinder commercial turbodiesels with a volume of 1.9 liters (150 hp, 350 Nm) and 3.0 liters (190 hp, 450 Nm) are available to choose from. You can choose between a 6-speed manual and an Aisin automatic. All-wheel drive is rigidly connected, there is a rear differential lock.

In Thailand, sales of the 2024 Isuzu D-Max have already begun. A basic rear-wheel drive pickup truck with a manual transmission and a single-row cab costs 650 thousand baht (equivalent to 1.75 million rubles). The top version with an automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, a four-door cab and an off-road package will cost 917 thousand baht (2.46 million rubles).
