Traditionally, for all its new products, the BMW brand presents factory tuning soon after their premiere as part of the M Performance Parts line of accessories. The German automaker did not ignore its new utilitarian station wagon models – a number of modifications were proposed for the BMW 5 Series Touring and its electric analogue BMW i5 Touring, including elements of external and internal decor. As usual, they are made primarily of carbon fiber.
Station wagons received a new M Performance carbon front splitter, consisting of three parts, door sills, new door mirror caps, the rear bumper was supplemented with a carbon fiber diffuser, and the trunk lid was decorated with a carbon spoiler.

There are also four new wheel designs available for the 5 Series Touring and i5 Touring, available in sizes 19, 20 and 21 inches. The wheels are complemented by new M Performance brakes with red-painted calipers and sports tires.

Interior modifications are quite modest and include only aluminum door sills, new M Performance floor mats with contrasting stitching and leather-like piping, as well as stainless steel pedal caps. You can also order a special key case made of Alcantara and leather and a carbon fuel cap. The cost of the M Performance Parts has not yet been announced.
