Aston Martin, together with Red Bull Advanced Technologies and the brilliant Formula 1 designer Adrian Newey, developed and released the Valkyrie hypercar, which is one of the most unusual cars in the history of the modern automotive industry. One of only 150 road cars built, all of which were officially sold out before production even started, is now up for sale at RM Sotheby’s. The auction does not disclose the price of the lot.

The customer of the hypercar chose for his car a Scintilla Silver body paint with large metal flakes, which are complemented by bright Speed Red accents and black accents from the court tuning studio Q by Aston Martin. The exterior is complemented by a high-gloss carbon fiber roof and engine cover, matte black magnesium wheels, red brake calipers and Zirotec Black exhaust pipes.

The interior is finished in unpainted carbon fiber, and everything that is not made of carbon is trimmed in black and red Alcantara. A plaque on the door sill indicates that this particular example was the 51st of 150 Aston Martin Valkyries built. The mileage of the hypercar is 123 kilometers, which apparently allowed the seller to call the car new.
