The new product is built on a new aluminum platform and is equipped with next-generation auxiliary electronics. The Berlinetta and the Roadster received version 8.0 of the lateral slip assistant, a fully controlled chassis, active aerodynamics and the innovative Aspirated Torque Shaping function, which changes the torque curve depending on the selected gear.

Cadillac presented the youth crossover Optiq “powered by batteries”. The new model debuted at the Beijing Auto Show, and the main market for it will be, as you might guess, China. The new product is aimed primarily at a young audience: it has a stylish design with a minimum of chrome in the decor and a “floating” black roof. Cadillac says that the Optiq accelerates to “hundreds” in six seconds and travels 600 kilometers without recharging.

The new Hongqi H9 sedan debuted with all-wheel drive, automatic transmission and V6. Sales of the modernized business sedan of the premium brand FAW started at the Beijing Motor Show. The Chinese took into account the criticism of buyers, including from Russia: Hongqi H9 switched to a more high-torque 3.0-liter V6, exchanged the 7-speed “robot” for a classic 8-speed automatic, and the top versions for the first time had all-wheel drive with a clutch front wheels.

Bentley has announced a new exclusive sports car from Mulliner. In the summer of 2022, following the debut of the Bentley Mulliner Bacalar open sports car, which revived the tradition of producing exclusive models with unique bodies, the British luxury automaker introduced a new handcrafted car – the Bentley Mulliner Batur coupe. The model was positioned as the most powerful production car of the brand, but it seems that in 2024 a new leader of the brand in this indicator will appear – another project from the Mulliner division is in line for the conveyor.

The Omoda C7 crossover debuted in China and is expected in Russia. Initially, it was planned that the “Seven” would be shown at the Beijing Motor Show, but in the end the presentation took place in the city of Wuhu. Contrary to assumptions, the Omoda C7 is not a redesigned Chery Tiggo 7 Pro: crossovers have different wheelbases, and even the design similarity is distant. Journalists were shown a five-seat hybrid version, but there will also be more traditional petrol versions. Under the hood of the hybrid Omoda C7 is a 1.5 engine with a capacity of 156 horsepower.
