Every class of car and every era of automobile manufacturing has its legends. Among hot hatchbacks, one of the icons is the French Peugeot 205 GTI, while fans of SUVs highly value the Japanese Suzuki Jimny. Bloggers from the Carwow channel staged a drag race with the participation of these extremely different models, and they also invited the Suzuki Jimny Twisted with a 165-horsepower turbo engine to compete with the standard models.

The latest generation Suzuki Jimny is powered by a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 101bhp and 130Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

The tiny SUV weighs only 1,035 kilograms, and in the race, for the purity of the experiment, it will be used in a rear-wheel drive version. And another rival for the stock models was the Suzuki Jimny Twisted with a turbo engine!

This SUV can boast 165 horsepower and 195 Nm. The result is a spectacular race in which two extremely different cars fight both with each other and with a product of the tuning industry, but clearly not created for asphalt racing.
