All the pros and cons of the KIA Ceed SW according to Cenyavto.com magazine

Despite the fact that KIA has officially left the Russian car market, many models are still sold in our country. This applies both to those that were never officially sold here, and to those that were once bestsellers in the Russian Federation. The latter includes, for example, the KIA Ceed SW station wagon. In this article we will look at its main advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages

Spacious trunk. The main advantage of the Ceed SW over most competitors is its truly huge and spacious trunk with a useful volume of 625 liters, which, if necessary, can easily be transformed into a completely flat cargo area without unnecessary ledges and recesses. Thanks to this, the station wagon is ideal both for regular family trips with a large number of things, and for transporting various large items and goods.

Low cost of maintenance and spare parts. Another important advantage of the Ceed SW is the low cost of both regular maintenance and official spare parts for the car. Many KIA service centers in the country are still operating and offer a wide range of services, including maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.

Flaws

Low ground clearance. At the same time, the design of the KIA station wagon also has some typical disadvantages for its class of cars. In particular, the rather low ground clearance significantly limits the possibility of operation on broken country roads or dirt roads.

Poor sound insulation. But the sound insulation of the interior, according to reviews from a number of car owners, could be better for additional comfort on long country trips.

Bottom line: But taking into account the optimal ratio of low price and workmanship, the KIA Ceed SW station wagon is quite capable of satisfying the needs of both young families and more active car enthusiasts. (photo: KIA)
