Over the last autumn month, the Moskvich company was able to sell 2,381 cars, Autonews reports, citing the brand’s press service. That is, Russians bought an average of 80 Moskvich cars per day. At the same time, noticeably fewer cars were registered in November – about 1,900. However, this number is noticeably higher than the result of October of this year, when 1,598 Muscovites were sold.

In total, during the production of Moskvich cars at the capital’s plant, which started in November last year, the brand sold more than 13 thousand cars. More than 16 thousand cars were delivered to dealership centers.

Now there are three models in the Moskvich line – the petrol crossover Moskvich 3 and its electric version Moskvich 3e, as well as the Moskvich 6 liftback that recently entered the market. All of them are Chinese JAC cars with different nameplates.

The most affordable car of the brand is a fuel crossover, the price of which starts at 2,220,000 rubles, and the most expensive is an electric car for a minimum of 3,950,000 rubles. The liftback is estimated at 2,626,000 rubles in the “base”. In 2024, the existing model range will be replenished with at least three new products – all-terrain vehicles under the indexes 5 and 8, as well as a “battery” version of the Moskvich 6.

At the same time, Lada sales went into negative territory for the first time in six months. At the end of November, Russians bought 36 thousand cars of the brand – 11.9 percent less than in October. However, compared to November 2022, when the market had not yet recovered from the shocks, demand for Ladas increased by 65.9 percent.
