Sports car Porsche 911 S / T was the lightest in the family. It weighs 40 kilograms less than the 911 GT3 with the Touring package and is powered by a 525-horsepower flat-six from the adrenaline monster 911 GT3 RS. True, unlike the “er-esque”, in the 911 S / T the focus is not on the ability to give all the best on the track, but on the pleasure of traveling on public roads – especially mountain serpentines.

Porsche continues to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the 911 with another version of the model, the 911 S/T. The sports car is addressed to those who expect unfiltered feedback from the car and yearn for “true driving pleasure”. A simple trick helped achieve this: the engineers from Weisach simply took the best of the 911 GT3 with the Touring package and the track 911 GT3 RS and combined it into the lightest two-door of the 992 generation.

The use of CFRP body panels and lightweight components has reduced the weight of the 911 S/T to 1,380 kilograms, 40 kilograms less than a 911 GT3 Touring with a manual transmission. In combination with the 4.0 flat-six from the 911 GT3 RS (525 hp, 465 Nm) and the shortened gear ratios, this gave the car unprecedented sharpness and responsiveness. Acceleration to a hundred in the 911 S / T lasts 3.7 seconds (911 GT3 RS with PDK – 3.2 s), the maximum speed is 300 kilometers per hour.

The equipment of the sports car also goes beyond the ordinary. The wheels are magnesium and the brakes are PCCB. The 911 S/T comes standard with lightweight glass and a battery, and is the only member of the family with a double-wishbone front suspension, multi-link rear suspension, but no full-steering chassis that was sacrificed for that very driving experience. There are bucket seats in the cabin by default, but they can be replaced for free with adjustable Sports Seat Plus.

The Heritage Design package is available exclusively for the sports car. It includes new Shoreblue metallic bodywork, Ceramica wheels, racing graphics and classic logos. The interior, in turn, is decorated with Black/Classic Cognac semi-aniline leather, Dinamica perforated microfiber and accessories from the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur catalog. In addition, every 911 S/T buyer should like the Porsche Design WERK 01.240 watch in titanium with a flyback function that allows you to reset the readings and start a new measurement cycle without stopping the chronograph.

The circulation of the coupe will be 1963 copies – a reference to the year of the premiere of the first Porsche 911. The price in Europe is from 292 thousand euros, which corresponds to 30 million rubles.
