Released in 2007, the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster became one of the most beautiful and rare supercars in history. The open version of the car was equipped with a 626-horsepower 5.4-liter V8 turbo engine and a 5-speed automatic transmission. From 2003 to 2010, approximately 2,000 examples of the SLR McLaren were made, of which only 520 were roadsters. And only one of them was painted an extravagant bright yellow color at the factory.

The 2008 Roadster has been stored in a dry place since purchase and has traveled less than a hundred kilometers. The bright yellow body is combined with a red and black soft top, and the interior is trimmed in two-tone Classic 300 SL Red and Silver Arrow leather with SLR embossing and black contrast stitching.

The car has standard silver Turbine wheels with an asymmetrical design and red brake calipers. The car is completely standard, which means a 626-horsepower V8 and an automatic transmission. At the time of purchase, the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster cost $570,000 – the car was accompanied by a purchase invoice, a receipt and a certificate of authenticity from the automaker.

Mind-blowingly expensive rarities
