“Third” Volkswagen Tiguan: new appearance, interior and 100 km of electric range

Volkswagen Tiguan has changed generation, design and power plants. The compact crossover, which once topped the ratings of the most popular SUVs in Russia, was last updated in 2020. Now Volkswagen has presented the third generation model, which has received an appearance with smoother contours, a redesigned interior with a large display and other modern features. The engine range retains internal combustion engines, but hybrid units have also been improved. The compact cross, having moved to the more modern MQB Evo platform, has remained almost unchanged in size.

Toyota showed the updated RAV4: two-tone color and cold weather package

Toyota has slightly updated the RAV4 crossover. The bestseller in the US version has become a little more comfortable, but also a little more expensive. The most significant innovation was the Woodland Edition version for outdoor enthusiasts, the hybrid crossover: it was “extended” for the 2024 model year and added a new two-tone paint and an optional Weather Package with heated front seats, a leather steering wheel and windshield wipers with a rain sensor and anti-ice protection . The Toyota RAV4 hybrid setup based on the 2.5-liter Toyota Dynamic Force Engine still produces 222 horsepower.

Updated Audi Q4 e-tron presented

Audi has updated the Q4 e-tron electric crossover. The model acquired a modernized power plant, increased its range and received new equipment. For example, a virtual cockpit and an electric tailgate have become available as standard for the Q4 e-tron, and a lane change assistant on the highway has appeared in the list of options for the first time. The new drive uses an improved temperature control system and a water cooling jacket on the outside of the stator. The battery now allows DC charging with a power of up to 175 kilowatts for all-wheel drive versions and up to 135 for cars with one electric motor.

1014 forces and 2.5 seconds to “hundreds”: Hennessey modified the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing

Hennessey has turned the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing into a hypercar killer. The H1000 package raises the output of the V8 compressor to 1014 horsepower and reduces the acceleration time to 60 mph to 2.4 seconds. That’s faster than the BMW M8 Competition and even the M5 CS, which takes 0.2 seconds more. The engine receives a “ported” cylinder head, new intake and exhaust valves, improved pushers, larger heat exchangers, long-tube stainless steel manifolds and much more.

Chrysler celebrates 40 years of minivans and updates the Pacifica

Chrysler has improved the Pacifica to celebrate the minivan’s 40th anniversary. The Chrysler brand has been producing minivans for four decades, and the current Pacifica received several updates for its anniversary year. Chrysler dedicated a minute-long video to it and recalled important milestones in the history of the class – from the Plymouth Voyager, which rolled off the assembly line of a plant in Ontario, Canada on November 2, 1983, to the modern single-volume car, which today is the only plug-in hybrid in its segment. In honor of the anniversary and the transition to the new 2024 model year, several new updates have been prepared for it.
