The gas burner, according to resellers, is an excellent upgrade for an old car.

The good appearance of a car consists of many elements – from shiny wheels to the condition of plastic parts. Over time, they fade, become covered with scratches and chips. Is it possible to quickly and cost-effectively return plastic to its original appearance?

According to car dealers, a proven method is to process the plastic with a special gas burner. When heated to a certain temperature, the plastic softens, levels out and acquires a rich black tint. However, there are a number of important nuances here, note car resellers. Firstly, the distance from the burner to the workpiece should be about 10-15 cm; the flame cannot be held at one point. Secondly, glossy or painted elements cannot be updated in this way – this will only lead to damage to the surface.

In addition, it is recommended to first remove the part from the car so as not to damage the paintwork or upholstery when working with the burner. And before you start, be sure to practice on something unnecessary in order to get better at it. And of course, do not forget about safety rules when using open fire.
