Bloggers of the YouTube channel Carwow staged another race in a straight line with the participation of a Bugatti hypercar – in a new drag battle, the Chiron Super Sport coupe competed with a Lamborghini Huracan, but not a simple one, but a seriously modified one, the rival for which was a racing car built for rallycross. The race clearly demonstrated what tuning is capable of in comparison with a stock internal combustion engine.

The exclusive Bugatti Chiron Super Sport hypercar, produced in 30 copies, is equipped with a 1600-horsepower 8.0-liter W16 engine developing 1600 Nm. This coupe, equipped with a 7-speed robotic gearbox and all-wheel drive, weighs an impressive 1995 kilograms.

The modified version of the Lamborghini Huracan is equipped with a V10 turbo engine, with 5.2 liters of displacement producing 1,800 horsepower, but for a specific race the power is limited to 1,600 horsepower and 1,500 Nm.

The engine is combined with a modified “robot” and all-wheel drive, the coupe weighs 1650 kilograms. The third participant in the race was a rally-cross car based on the MINI hatchback, which, weighing 1,300 kilograms, has a 2.0-liter gasoline turbo engine with 600 horsepower and 1,000 Nm.
