In the fall of 2022, Alpine presented the flagship version of its A110 road coupe, which received the R index and differs from the basic version in a retuned suspension, a modified aerodynamic body kit, carbon fiber body elements and an uncompromising fit in the cabin. Over the past year, the sports car has acquired a limited edition Alonso Edition in honor of two-time Formula 1 champion Fernando Alonso, a Le Mans modification in honor of the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans marathon, and now a Turini version has arrived.

The new version is a more affordable version of the Alpine A110 R, the cost of which was reduced by abandoning expensive carbon fiber wheels in favor of 18-inch GT Race aluminum wheels in matte black. The modification was named Turini in honor of the Col de Turini mountain pass in the French Alps.

Serpentine is known as one of the most interesting European roads from a driver’s point of view, and in addition, it hosts one of the special stages of the Monte Carlo Rally of the WRC World Championship, where the Alpine brand previously performed brilliantly.

Technically, the A110 R Turini is no different from the original model, retaining the 300-horsepower 1.8-liter gasoline turbo engine coupled with a 7-speed robotic gearbox, a new suspension, a carbon fiber aerodynamic interior body kit and all the features characteristic of the French flagship. The cost of the new sports car will be from 106 thousand euros – this is six thousand cheaper than a model with carbon wheels.
