New environmental standards coming into force in Europe have put an end to another iconic car. This time, the British brand Caterham is discontinuing the version of its most powerful sports car, the Seven 485 – more than ten years after the debut of the modification, it is finally leaving the European market. The “farewell” version of the car will be released in a very limited edition with exclusive exterior and interior decor.

All cars feature Sports Hex Black seats trimmed in Alcantara and black leather with Final Edition embroidery, a carbon-fiber instrument panel with a unique vehicle number plate, and the body features satin black stripes and black badging.

The 485 CSR gets 15-inch Vulcan alloy wheels, while the 485 gets 13-inch Black Apollo wheels. Technically the sports cars are identical. Under the hood is a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter Ford Duratec petrol engine, developing 225 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque.
