Motorinvest, the official distributor of passenger cars of the Chinese brand, reports about a radical expansion of the model range. These are mainly crossovers: three from the technologically advanced Aeolus line, another four from the DFSK Seres line. Also on the Russian market will be an all-wheel drive SUV with a frame structure, the Dongefeng Paladin, also known as a modified Nissan Terra of the 2018 model.

In the Aeolus line, which currently includes the Shine Max business sedan, Dongfeng will add two C-segment crossovers. These are the Aeolus AX7, aimed at youth, and the “fashionable” Aeolus Mage. There will be a new and larger product – the full-size Aeolus Huge, which is promised a brutal appearance, a spacious interior and premium options.

In DFSK Seres, the seven-seater 580 will be accompanied by a small B-class crossover with the index 500 and three D-segment SUVs – the three-row 600, the cross-coupe ix5, and the all-wheel drive ix7. The latter will receive a seven-seat interior and a high-performance engine.

Finally, the large SUV Paladin will join the DF6 pickup truck in the family of body-on-frame vehicles. Dongfeng showed it only in the summer: it is built on the 2018 Nissan Terra chassis and is produced in China by the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture. It is equipped with a two-liter Mitsubishi engine that produces 228 horsepower and 360 Nm of torque.

Motorinvest promises to reveal the specifications of each of the new products closer to the start of sales, scheduled for the first quarter of next year. And by the end of this, the brand will open up to 100 new car dealerships and service points.
