The head of the Institute of Research and Expertise, Andrei Klepach, said that Russians will give birth more actively if the state pays more for it and provides more support to families with children.
He proposed to index maternity capital for each subsequent child, and it is also necessary to introduce increasing coefficients for unfavorable climatic conditions. For the birth of the fourth child, the expert suggested giving the family a new car.
The fact that large families need help buying a car has been talked about for several months now. Thus, at the beginning of March this year, the authorities proposed issuing large families with a certificate for the purchase of budget cars.
