The head of the brand in North America, Bill Peffer, confirmed that starting with the 2024 model year, a new color scheme will appear in the range. “Our passionate Jeep fans asked for this color for the Gladiator, and we heard them,” said the executive. We’re talking about Tuscadero Pink: essentially a fuchsia color that first debuted on Wrangler SUVs and quickly became a hit. Additional payment for a bright body – $895.

Tuscadero Pink will only be available on select trim levels (Sport, Mojave, Rubicon), although the range may be revised over time. Jeep bosses emphasize that they decided to expand the range after the rush demand for pink Wrangler: in the second half of 2021, the bright all-terrain vehicles sold 30 thousand copies!

Custom colors are part of a plan to popularize the Jeep brand, as sales in the United States have been steadily falling for the past five years, and the brand’s new boss has already promised to reverse the trend. However, they are in no hurry to reduce product prices: the updated Gladiator has risen in price by about $3,000, although the initial equipment has become significantly richer.

For now, the frame pickup is offered with a single engine: the proven petrol 3.6-liter V6 (289 horsepower, 353 Nm). However, in 2025 the line will be replenished with the long-awaited Gladiator 4xe hybrid. But Jeep all-terrain vehicles will no longer have a diesel engine: heavy fuel engines will not return to the range.
