Autostat: Lamborghini Urus leads October sales in Russia
Of course, cars in the mass segment are in greatest demand among Russians. However, there is a category of citizens who prefer to drive more luxurious cars. The Avtostat publication, having received data from Passport Industrial Consulting JSC, presented a report on how compatriots bought premium class models this year. In general, the results turned out to be quite good.
It is worth noting, however, that sales of luxury cars are declining. So, over the past month, 35 such machines were purchased. However, at the end of last year, this figure was higher – by 94 percent. If we take the first month of autumn, then dealers managed to sell one more car than in October. At the same time, in April, Russians bought 51 luxury premium ones. During the period from January 1 to October 31 of this year, 375 luxury cars were sold. If we take the models separately, the greatest demand was noted for the Lamborghini Urus – 13 Russians bought it. Immediately behind it were the Bentley Bentayga and Rolls-Royce Cullinan with a total of 7 and 5 cars sold, respectively. As for the brands, the following picture was obtained: Lamborghini (13 pcs.), Bentley (11 pcs.), Rolls-Royce (5 pcs.), Maserati (4 pcs.) and Aston Martin with Ferrari (1 pc. each) .
