A large Rolf dealer in Moscow and St. Petersburg offers several cars imported into the country under a parallel import scheme. You can get a loan for Iranian cars, as well as trade-in your car – in this case, the price can decrease by 300 thousand rubles. The cheapest four-door can be purchased in this way for about a million rubles.

All vehicles offered by the dealer were manufactured in 2023 and have no mileage. The Iranian alternative to the Lada Vesta is offered with two engines: a 1.7-liter turbocharged engine producing 150 horsepower and 215 Nm of torque, in combination with a manual or automatic transmission. The cheapest option is equipped with a naturally aspirated 1.6 with 115 horsepower and a manual gearbox. Front-wheel drive only.

Depending on the version, the list of equipment includes a sunroof, central locking, heated seats and rear-view mirrors, light and rain sensors, cruise control, air conditioning, ABS and stability control.

Another Iran Khodro sedan, the Tara, is also being transported to Russia via the “gray” route, which is a converted Peugeot 301 with a modified 1.6-liter engine producing 113 horsepower.

Iran Khodro, or IKCO, was planning to enter the Russian market last year, but official deliveries of the vehicles have not yet begun. At the end of October, FSUE NAMI discussed cooperation with Iran and possible assistance in certifying cars for Russia. Another Iranian brand, SAIPA, planned not only to enter the Russian market, but also to localize production.
