As reported in the auto giant’s official Telegram channel, the best name has already been determined, but for now it is being kept secret. It is only known that the winner of the competition was Olga Uryupina, a design engineer from the AvtoVAZ division that deals with car design. Second place was shared by three participants who received an equal number of jury votes.
Let us remind you that the new crossover should go into production within a year and a half on an assembly line in Izhevsk based on the Lada Vesta platform. According to the terms of the competition, the model name can contain no more than 6 letters and must be in harmony with the overall Lada brand. I would like to believe that the chosen option, in addition to complying with formal requirements, also most accurately reflects the character of the new model, which should occupy the important niche of dynamic mid-class SUVs.
Ford is preparing a hybrid version of Mondeo for China with record efficiency
The American automaker Ford has announced a hybrid modification of the popular Mondeo business sedan specifically for the Chinese market.
