Autonews.ru expert tested the most affordable Changan Alsvin
The Changan Alsvin 2023, which recently went on sale on the Russian market, went for a test drive with Autonews.ru expert Sergei Ivanov, the results of which he kindly shared. The assessment was ambiguous, although expected. Let us remind you that the price of the car starts from 1.75 million rubles.
As for visual data, the sedan looks good. On the other hand, the appearance is quite ordinary and familiar from other models of the brand. At the same time, the brand also has more expensive models with a more luxurious design. As for Changan Alsvin, it has compact dimensions, inferior to Vesta, but outperforming Granta. If we look at its interior, it presents a completely expected environment typical of budget models.
At the same time, the finishing is done with high quality, despite the use of cheap materials. The equipment is standard, although multimedia is represented by a color display, which slightly contrasts with the rest of the details. In general, the car is quite suitable for everyday use, with the exception of some points. Under the hood of the sedan there is a 97-horsepower naturally aspirated engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
