The 710-horsepower Ferrari 499P hypercar in Modificata version has been officially revealed
Ferrari has made a very successful return to the world of rallying this year. On the first attempt, the brand team conquered the 24 Hours of Le Mans marathon. This result was achieved by the Ferrari 499P hypercar, which received impressive characteristics. It was decided to celebrate this result by releasing a special version of the Ferrari 499P Modificata 2024, which is equipped with an even more powerful engine. The car will be available to a select few.
The presented version will not comply with the restrictions of the FIA WEC technical regulations, so the engineers were not limited in its development. This provided the hypercar with even more impressive technical characteristics. So, under its hood there is an engine with 710 horsepower. Moreover, the built-in Push to Pass system makes it possible to get an additional 160 hp, but only for seven seconds. However, even this time will be enough to experience the capabilities of the hypercar (photo: Ferrari).
The Ferrari 499P Modificata received different settings for the electronic system and powertrain control unit, and the suspension was recalibrated. Changes have also been made to the traction control algorithm, and the list of options has been supplemented with start-up assistance technology. The circulation will be limited, but buyers will not be able to pick up the hypercar, since they can only be used on track days. It will be stored in Maranello.
