The authors of the YouTube channel Carwow organized another race in a straight line, the participants of which were classic sports cars. Moreover, they are completely different not only in characteristics, but also in their concept. The bloggers chose the iconic first-generation Dodge Viper from the 1990s to compete with the classic Porsche 911 Turbo of the 930 generation from the 1980s, so it actually turned out to be a battle between the German and American schools of sports car building.

Porsche traditionally has a rear-engine layout, with the 911 Turbo being rear-wheel drive. The 930 generation model is powered by a 3.3-liter air-cooled flat-6 engine that produces 300 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque.

The coupe, equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission, weighs 1310 kilograms. The monstrous Dodge, with a slightly larger mass of 1490 kilograms, has more impressive characteristics. The Viper is equipped with an insane 8.0-liter V10 engine producing 400 hp and 630 Nm, and this power is sent only to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.
