Car tuning is carried out by many companies around the world, and some of them, due to their focus, turn luxury models into very specific vehicles. For example, the Italian company Biemme Special Cars specializes in remaking luxury models for trips to the afterlife – some of its projects are interesting because they are based on cars that are quite unusual by the standards of hearses.

Biemme Special Cars have transformed the latest generation Rolls-Royce Ghost sedan into a luxurious Ghoster hearse. The car was lengthened, the rear part of the body was redesigned, where a compartment trimmed with wood was created for the coffin, which is loaded using an electric drive.

It is noteworthy that even the “suicidal” rear doors, which provide access to the second row of seats, have been preserved. In a similar scheme, the Mercedes-Benz CLS was turned into a hearse called Aymon.

Like the British model, the rework of the body required its serious strengthening, the production of new panels and the creation of exclusive glazing taking into account the characteristics of a particular car. Moreover, the Italian company’s catalog even includes Kalea, a Maserati Grecale crossover transformed into a hearse.
