Prices for glass tinting will soon increase significantly in Tajikistan

In a recent report, the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan said that the cost of tinting car windows will increase significantly from the very beginning of next year. Price adjustments are aimed at regulation and standardization.

For cars manufactured after 2005, the cost of tinting will increase by 344 somoni, bringing the total amount to more than six thousand somoni. On the other hand, cars produced before 2005 will rise in price by 260 somoni, resulting in a new price of 4.6 thousand somoni.

The upcoming increase in tinting license fees is scheduled to take effect after next year. It is critical for vehicle owners to be aware of this change in advance to facilitate a smooth transition and compliance. This will help avoid fines.
