The Geely Monjaro crossover with a fuel consumption of 4.79 liters goes on sale

The new Geely Monjaro 2024 crossover has gone on sale, but so far only in China. The car has already been presented on the Russian market, but in China a version with a hybrid power plant has now become available, which includes a more powerful 1.5-liter BHE15-BFZ turbo engine with output of 163 horsepower (255 Nm).

It is paired with a 136 hp electric motor and a small 81.5 hp electric motor that acts primarily as a starter-generator, as well as a 3-speed DHT transmission. The Gili Monjaro, known in China as the Xingyue L, differs from the gasoline version in the design of the radiator grille, which has thin vertical slats, and the bumpers have a more strict design (photo: Autohome.cn).

The equipment includes three displays of the same diagonal – 12.3 inches. At the top there is an additional 25.6-inch head-up display with augmented reality function. In addition, the more expensive version has 72-color lighting, white leather interior, and various comfort features in the seats. The range is 1279 km (NEDC), and fuel consumption is 4.79 l/100 km. Such a cross is estimated at 2.15 million rubles at the current exchange rate.
