In Great Britain, they are preparing for an auction at which one of the monarch’s most famous cars will be auctioned. The vehicle in question is a dark green 2004 Range Rover Vogue with license plate BN04 EPU and 110,000 miles. Paparazzi repeatedly caught Elizabeth II driving this SUV, which means the queen drove the car not only around her lands.

Queen Elizabeth II chose the regular Vogue package, and the personalization from the SVO workshop is not amazing. Firstly, the rear doors have an extended window control panel, meaning the right passenger can close the left window and vice versa. Secondly, additional handrails have appeared for ease of entry/entry. Third, a mesh fence was added to prevent dogs from climbing from the trunk into the cabin.

The queen wished to protect the seats with thick covers; more massive mudguards and a different radiator grille with hidden special signals were installed from the factory. However, Elizabeth II’s choice cannot be called luxurious: the queen did not exchange the car for a more modern one and remained indifferent to fashionable options. Under the hood of the SUV is a 4.4-liter gasoline V8 with a capacity of 282 horsepower.

Since May 2004, the Range Rover has traveled 109,675 miles (equivalent to 176.5 thousand kilometers). There is a full service history, all reports about the ownership of the car by the royal family, photo and video evidence of how Elizabeth II drove the SUV. Naturally, the car is perfectly preserved and can decorate any collection.

Auctioneers believe the historic Range Rover will fetch at least £50,000. Earlier in the UK, the Jaguar X-Type and Rover 827 were auctioned: they also belonged to Buckingham Palace and served Queen Elizabeth II.
