In the near future, trucks from the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant and other special-purpose equipment will begin to be produced at Chechenavto facilities. The company’s specialists adapt the UAZ Pickup, GAZ Sobol, and GAZ-3308 Sadko models for military purposes.
Kadyrov said that large-caliber weapons, communications equipment and other special equipment would be installed on the vehicles. In addition, engineers will start producing vehicles for transporting personnel.
