The American team Hoonigan, which in addition to preparing cars for racing, also runs its own blog, presented a new episode of its project This vs. That. In the new straight race, bloggers brought together the most dissimilar cars – a very seriously modified Dodge Ram diesel pickup with a 6.7-liter engine and a three-speed manual transmission was chosen as a rival to the completely standard gasoline supercar McLaren 570S.

The 2020 British supercar is completely standard, which means a 600-horsepower 3.8-liter V6 petrol turbo engine coupled with a 7-speed robotic gearbox and rear-wheel drive. The McLaren 570S weighs just over one and a half tons.

The American pickup truck, of course, is much heavier – it weighs almost three tons, but its engine is much more powerful. The all-wheel drive 2006 Dodge Ram has a monster 1,300-horsepower 6.7-liter turbodiesel engine mated to a 3-speed manual transmission.
