Those who agree to leave voluntarily by the end of November will receive a payment equal to three salaries, as well as debt relief for subsidies for real estate, cars and vacation. Payments are due to workers who have time to submit their resignation of their own free will in November. They are also entitled to a bonus payment for five, 10 or 15 years of service, if the date were earlier than August 31, 2024.
At the same time, an order was issued regarding downtime at the workplace from December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024.
