Tesla Cybertruck debuted: 845 horsepower and 2.6 seconds to “hundreds”

Tesla showed a production Cybertruck pickup with an 845-horsepower unit. Four years after the prototype debuted, it finally made its production debut at the Austin, Texas plant. Since its first premiere, the electric car has become faster: the top three-motor version takes only 2.6 seconds instead of 2.9 to accelerate from zero to 60 mph (97 km/h) – on par with the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. The price turned out to be one and a half times higher than the original one and starts at $60,990, which is equal to 5.5 million in ruble terms. The most powerful version of the Cybertruck is called the Cyberbeast.

Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban have been updated and become more powerful

Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban have been improved and modernized. Changes in the exterior design of both models are minimal, but the interior has been digitalized. The analogue dashboard has finally been replaced by an 11-inch diagonal screen, which is installed even on the basic versions of Tahoe and Suburban, and a 17.7-inch touchscreen of the multimedia system is now located in the center. In addition, with the update, diesel modifications of SUVs have become more powerful. Unusual options include a motion sensor in the cabin and the ability to display images from the all-round camera on the smartphone screen.

New Duster unveiled: fresh design and hybrid setup

Duster changed generations and became a hybrid. The Romanian company Dacia has finally declassified the third generation Duster. This time the changes are much more serious than during the first generation change six years ago: the model moved to a new platform, received a different design in the style of the Bigster concept, a digitalized cockpit and a petrol-electric power plant from Jogger. Almost unchanged in size, the crossover has become more spacious inside. Sales of the new Duster are expected to begin on December 1. The appearance of the third generation Dacia Duster was designed with an eye to the Bigster concept.

Toyota introduced a 700-horsepower racing Camry for NASCAR

Toyota has introduced the Camry XSE track car for the NASCAR racing series. The modified sports car was prepared by specialists from the American division of the Japanese brand. The new car, styled as a road-going Camry of the latest generation, will replace the former Camry TRD Next Gen, which scored 18 victories over the past two seasons, on the track. In February next year, eight “charged” Camry XSEs will hit the Coliseum track in Los Angeles. The cars for the NASCAR racing series are equipped with a 5.87-liter V8, the output of which is 700 horsepower.

Hyundai Palisade will change as radically as Santa Fe

Hyundai has promised to radically transform the Palidase in the new generation. At the Los Angeles Auto Show, Hyundai Vice President of Product Planning Olabisi Boyle announced major changes to the appearance of the large crossover, which will change generation around 2025. Details are still classified, but it will be different not only from the current model, but also from the new Santa Fe, the radical change in design of which not everyone liked. According to Boyle, the second generation Hyundai Palisade will be taken “to a new level.” For now we can only guess about the changes.
