The American team Hoonigan, which in addition to preparing cars for racing, also runs its own blog, presented a new episode of its project This vs. That. In the new straight race, bloggers pitted two pickup trucks against each other, but gave them the right to identify the strongest not on rough terrain, but on smooth asphalt. The rivals were the electric GMC Hummer EV in the top version, Edition 1, which was rivaled by the new Ford F-150 Raptor R.

The top version of the GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 with a three-engine 1014-horsepower power plant weighs more than 4,300 kilograms. Naturally, the model has all-wheel drive and just as naturally, the huge electric pickup truck is significantly heavier than its gasoline-powered rival.

The flagship version of the Ford F-150 Raptor R has a 5.2-liter Predator V8 engine from the Mustang Shelby GT500 supercar, which was derated to 700 horsepower for an all-wheel drive pickup weighing 2,700 kilograms. The model is equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
